Waldorf

The Waldorf Hotel in the Aldwych, London, was founded in 1908 by William Waldorf Astor. The glamour of the pre First World War, Edwardian era is evoked in this trio of designs named after streets neighbouring the Aldwych. Soft metallic colourings of silver, pale gold, bronze and pewter predominate accompanied by more vibrant tones such as burnt orange, blackcurrant and dark lavender.
